We offer a 5-day hassle-free exchange from the date of delivery, with an additional 5–7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also provide reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund per order, regardless of the number of items in that order.
Pick-up will be attempted up to three times. If the courier company is unable to collect the package, you will be required to self-ship the product(s) to our address. Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability at your area pincode.
Please ensure the product(s) are returned in the same condition as received. If returned items are in poor condition or show signs of being worn, a refund or exchange will not be processed.
Allow up to 7 days for return processing and for the refund amount to reflect in your bank account.

Cancellations can only be made before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Ensure the product(s) are securely packed to avoid any damage during transit, and that the ORDER ID and registered mobile number are clearly mentioned on the package. All items must be in unused condition, with original tags attached and packaging intact. Once we receive the returned product(s), the full amount will be processed within 48 hours.
The bank account details provided by the customer will be considered final. Any errors in the details will not be the responsibility of the brand.
If you receive an SMS or email confirmation of delivery but have not actually received the product, please contact us within 24 hours.

The customer is responsible for taking utmost care of the product(s) while in their possession, including all packaging, documentation, and tags, when returning the product(s).
If you believe the product delivered is defective or not up to standard, contact us within 1 day of receiving the order by emailing info.kalminfit@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp: +91 8853115326, along with details and photos of the issue.
Once the product is returned, it will be fully examined. We will inform you of your eligibility for a refund via email within a reasonable timeframe. If approved, we will process your refund within 30 working days from the date of confirmation.
