Order Processing

We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, your order will be dispatched within 3–5 business days. Our business days are Monday to Saturday.

Shipping Time

For most serviceable pin codes, we aim to deliver within 7–9 business days after dispatch. A unique tracking link will be sent to your WhatsApp once the order has been shipped.

Delivery Issues

We use third-party courier services to ship our orders. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please inform us within 2 days of the delivery date.
We will not be responsible for any concerns raised after this period or if the courier company declines to investigate the issue.
